"It's a beautiful place with great history, but when we visited there were a) lots of struggling homeless people (some openly shooting up) and b) needles on the lawn (really watch out if you have children!). Some of the people doing drugs were aggressively confronting others when we visited. City has to clean the place up and do a better job ensuring safety."

"Wanted to drop a line 'bout the City Park Historical District in Burlington, Vermont. I gave it like, three stars. There's this whole history thing goin' on, which is neat, and overall it's pretty clean 'n nice, 'cept there's some homeless peeps doin' drugs that kinda mess it up. i feel bad for em, hope they doing ok. The architecture and vibe can take ya back, but the street scene, it's a bit off. If you're cool rollin' with both sides, you're good. But if you're lookin' for a history trip minus the homeless action, you might wanna peep some other spots. Just sharin' my two cents, ya know?"
