"It's located in the middle of Bellevue downtown. Seats are not very comfortable, just ordinary. No backpacks are allowed in the theatre for some security reasons, I think. Not bad, it's ok."

"Coming from old AMC theatre in downtown Seattle that we are usually going to we were pleasantly surprised with good seats and huge auditoriums. However, the schedule that google and their home page shows is not accurate because we came weekend before to watch Sound of Freedom and it was not available that day. This time we bought our tickets in advance online and the theatre was almost empty. We had a good experience and we would definitely come back."

"Extremely Unsanitary and Disgusting Experience I recently visited a place that left me utterly disgusted and appalled by its unsanitary conditions. From the moment I entered, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. Tissue papers were scattered all over the place, and to my horror, there were soiled urine paper towels and tissue lying around as well. The entire atmosphere was repulsive, and it seemed like the staff had no regard for basic hygiene. Even the movie lobby, which is typically expected to be well-maintained, was far from clean. It was disheartening to see such a lack of cleanliness in an area where people gather and spend their leisure time. The fact that even the movies lobby was neglected speaks volumes about the overall standards of this place. To make matters worse, the customer service at the front desk was abysmal. The staff members were unprofessional, indifferent, and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns raised. Their lack of basic hospitality further added to the negative experience I had. If this is indeed the Bellevue that people often speak highly of, I am deeply disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The unsanitary conditions, coupled with the poor customer service, create an environment that is far from enjoyable or acceptable."

"It was a typical movie theatre. The seats do not recline and less space between chairs. Thankfully the movie we watched was not too crowded and could stretch out but would not want to come on a packed movie day. They have drinks, candy, and food in the lobby. There is also a small game area. I would love for them to upgrade to recline chairs in at least one theatre but will use them again. They are located next to many restaurants and recommend grabbing a bite elsewhere before going to the movie."
