"I am absolutely delighted with how much better my ankle moves after just one session. I came in with a stiff ankle from a traumatic break 7 months ago and left with one that has much better range of motion and movement. I felt like I had plateaued in physical therapy and now have hope improvement is achievable."

"I stopped here on vacation and had the best massage! Ambre took her time, paying close attention to my back issues and was very communicative. She really cared about my well being. Her massage and draping technique was excellent. I'm from Portland and have tried several therapists here, nobody is as good as Ambre. I'll be back, even if I have to drive 1.5 hours :)"

"Alanna was very easy to talk to and knows her stuff. I filled out a physical form and, she went over my concerns before starting the massage. In addition to hand massaging, she used a different technique but I don’t recall the name. It does leave marks on your skin (which she advises beforehand) but it’s supposed to help bring heat and blood to the area. She paid great attention to detail. Her place of business is clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and nice and warm. Highly recommend!’"

"Alanna has an innate ability to find where your body needs work. She's amazing, in a word. I highly recommend her. I have several pretty major issues with my body. Alanna worked on all of them, some I didn't mention but she found on her own. I left walking better, breathing better and feeling better in general. I'll be continuing treatment with Alanna as I think it's that beneficial. Go see her!"

"I just recently got a massage from Alanna at Value of Touch, and I can say I truly left feeling relaxed and refreshed, but also like it really did something. I haven’t received a professional massage before so I think there was definitely a lot of built up tension in my back and glutes from my time as a pastry baker and now with the manual labor of being an EMT. She was very attentive though to how my body was acting and asked clarifying questions when there were spots of fascia build up. She also was quiet during the massage unless I asked questions about the work she was doing. Which, I’m a talker and it was more about learning about the spots where I hold tension and may be more prone to pain, so I asked away about it and she gave very informative and knowledgeable answers. All around a great experience and I highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks, Alanna!"
