"Did not bother to make sure they had medical records prior to what was suppose to be a first appointment so was rescheduled to 2 weeks later. By this time we had found a different place to go with sooner appts. Cancelled appt by phone call but they didn’t cancel it on their end and want us to show proof of cancellation and are insisting we pay a cancellation fee. This is terrible customer service."
"I just started therapy with Thriveworks and I have enjoyed them. It was easy to schedule appointments, the receptionist took the time to match me with a therapist that fit my needs. When I met my therapist Javier, he assured me that I would remain with them throughout my time with therapy. He is very compassionate, empathetic and supportive when I talk about certain issues. There is no judgment from him at all and he offers great resources and tools for me to utilize. I like that talk time is split 50/50 and not 90/10. I definitely recommend this place!"
"I am so incredibly grateful for Javier Fregoso. I have seen a few counselors in my life and feel like I have not made half the progress that I have made with him. I was nervous at first because I wanted a counselor that was a woman, but throughout my entire time seeing him he has made me feel comfortable, safe and not judged. When I have had moments where I felt like I took a step backwards in my therapy process, he was there for me with patience and never made me feel like he was frustrated or disappointed. While I feel like Javier is the reason for my mental health and quality of life improving, he always reminds me that it is me making the progress and he is just there to give me the tools to get better.
