"Would give 0 stars if I could. The property manager does not care about the condition of the property the handy man there is a joke. We reported that there was black mold growing and they did not seem to care. If you value your health I recommend never renting here."
"Well built mid-(20th)century brick building within easy walking distance to everything good in Ballard. Living on 15th is noisy, but the efficient layout and reasonable rent (which used to be the norm in Seattle, but no longer is!) makes these 2BRs absolutely worth it."
