Vic and Amadeus from the maintenance team have been tremendously helpful with any requests I've had. The rooftop and amenities really allow you to enjoy where you live, and the location is hard to beat with how close it is to cafes, restaurants, parks, the marina, and great shops."
"I’ve lived here since may now. I would love to love this place but the amenities never work(gym and rooftop). Packages are stole frequently. We frequently have non residents who are half naked in our hallways with no acknowledgment from staff about it. We have had stolen cars from them. Also our security guards are frequently on substances. Update: they have worked with me to resolve some issues. I do feel confident going forward that they will make this a safe community in the future. I do have to say the maintenance staff here is out of this world amazing. They are the best around. Also the office staff has always been very nice and helpful. I will revise the review to reflect that. I will still say they still have some flaws with security still here so I would stay vigilant while living here. And always lock your door while home. But they are focused on making it a more secure building so hopefully that changes here soon."
"Amazing new apartment building in Ballard, extremely walkable and great staff. Large apartment building but still has that small intimate feel that I appreciate. Great amenities, my only complaint is that the gym doesn’t have any windows. Rooftop deck is amazing and has some of the best views in area."
