"Terrible management and really bad attitude towards people from the manager. I tried to be polite and nice to her she was complaining about that she working alone so she can’t do in person tour so i should just apply and I’ve been trying hard to get this apartment because my life been hard recently and i need cheap apartment to live but the manager told me that the one apartment that was available that i applied are not available and when i checked the site it was still available i think the manager is racist and doesn’t really like its job like why care to work then and she told me to fix something so that she can see when i fixed and called her she was trying to tell me another excuse. Because of the manager this apartment will not go well for sure!! Total scam!!"

"Management is terrible, is a scam, they take your 200dlls holding deposit plus 50 dlls application fee and never even run your information and they pocket the money. I’m still waiting for a refund for mine and no response from any management. Reporting to Better Business Bureau, DO NOT RENT HERE."

"Inconsistent office hours and impossible to do anything when you work 9 to 5. The front office management, is super inconsiderate to people who work regular hours. I take time off to be able to make it into the office just for them to be gone for an hour. I sit outside at the designated time the sign on the door says that they will open and they do not even bat an eye as I'm waiting outside in the heat when it's 5 past the designated time frame. Mind you all I am trying to accomplish is putting money on my laundry card to use the broke down washers and dryers that only work half of the time. I don't suggest this apartment complex to anyone who works regular hours because they obviously don't care."

"I applied for an apartment last week and got denied. I never was given an update and I sent an email no reply. I called the office today 5/17/2022 and the gal who answered seemed like she knew right away who I was. She was very rude and laughing when she answered the phone. She cut me off , very rude in her tone and hung up on me when I had one more question to ask. I simply wanted to know when I will receive the 200.00 holding fee and why I was denied. She was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend ANYONE who is serious about moving and trying to find reasonable rent to look here. It will be taken like a joke. NO customer service skills at all. Lack of empathy."

"I’ve moved here a bit over a month ago, and from the jump office staff have simply been amazing and my experience has been above and beyond! All three ladies are always all smiles and willing to help you. They really are for the tenants. They are extremely thoughtful and considerate for the tenants, their needs, and schedules. They are actually available when you need them, unlike a lot of the apartments I have lived at before. They are willing to work with you and help you. They truly go out of their way to assist. The apartment complex is huge as well, which I was originally concerned about.. but management makes sure it is immaculate and it’s surprisingly quiet. It’s a great community here. Love it!"
