"The Residences is a great place to live. It is within walking distance to The Junction and a variety of grocery stores. It is also very close to Alki Point, which is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the sunsets. Kyle, one of the property managers is also fantastic. He certainly has the tenants best interest at heart. Apart from the fabulous West Seattle location, he is what makes living at The Residences enjoyable."

"I am (also) a sight-unseen resident. I moved here in May and have had a great experience since. The property manager, Kyle, is very responsible, friendly, and all-around a very reliable person in the office. I would agree as to the turnover on maintenance staff (I miss Marcell!), but have not had to call them at all since moving in so cannot speak directly to that. The apartment is directly on the C-Line to downtown and is great for commuting. Neighbors are cordial and respectful. Gym is amazing and the newly installed rooftop deck is wonderful with gorgeous views of West Seattle and downtown. Rent is fair, especially for the rising cost that living in West Seattle seems to bring. I love being a resident here and highly recommend. If you are high maintenance, though, may not be the community for you."

"I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I want to be candid with my experience living here. The maintenance staff is great, the workout room is nice, but the management leaves a lot to be desired due to high turnover, bad communication and shadowy surprise fees. While I lived there, the building was also extremely loud due to traffic and construction, and felt unsafe. For the expense, it was a generally unpleasant living experience. If you have the choice to live elsewhere, I suggest you avoid this building and management company."

"- I want to start off by thanking Mona, She was an absolute delight. I was finally able to get a hold of someone yesterday being Mona. After several attempts. She is not the assigned Manager but went ABOVE AND BEYOND in ensuring I felt taken care of and was finally able to schedule something. She was at the building on time for my showing and even gave a courtesy call to make sure we were meeting. She took the time to show me multiple units and get to know what we are in the market for. I’ve been in Property management myself and can truly say she is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. Thank you again Mona for your time."

"I just moved out a few weeks ago. Have lived here for a few years now. Jon was the manager when I first moved in and was not only helpful and insightful, but warm and just all around fantastic. He made applying super easy and stress-less. I had a few maintenance issues at one point when the new management company took over, but they were quickly and efficiently taken care of. Marcel is super fast and super responsive and always so sweet. The new leasing manager in the office (I think her name is Krystal) is amazing. She has only been there for a few weeks and has already helped turn so many other things around. I see amazing things for her. She's very up front about things, but she always makes sure to get you the information you need and will even help you navigate the issues you may have to the best of her ability. I have told several of my friends to check this place out. I love Residences. If it wasn't for having to move due to work, I'd stay longer!!"
