"If I could rate negatives stars, I would. Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. Turns out they changed their policy to discriminate against immigrants recently. In addition to overselling cheap small units for above market average. The walls are paper thin and they will hunt you down to pay the deposit but are slow to refund you when things don't work out. The staff are rude, discriminatory and unhelpful You can do better, I promise you."

"I loved my experience at Sedona. I had one of the easiest experiences (when it comes to moving/apartment living) as it gets. Sedona not only is a beautiful safe and well maintained apartment complex with friendly tenants, but the staff is amazing. They take care of work orders right away and there’s no trouble getting ahold of the leasing office. I had a terribly bad car accident and was not able to go up the stairs in the apartment I originally had. Sedona worked with me making it a seamless experience to get me into an apartment that was easier for me to get to. They took any stress out of what this experience could have been. Hunter in the leasing office was who helped me through this experience. Hunter handled everything so fast, communication was easy & was empathetic to my situation. He treated me like a person which is hard to find now a days in apartment hunting. 10/10 recommend this complex & 100/10 recommend working with Hunter."

"The staff is very nice. It's a decent neighborhood, close to the bus stop, and great local spots to eat. It's an okay starter-spot, if you're just getting to town. However, ridiculously expensive for little value. With utilities, the cost of rent for most of their apartments is over $1300, for what is basically a closet with a half kitchen (mini fridge, no stove, no dishwasher) and a bathroom. Some rooms have balconies, but due to the overly strict management, you can't use them or put anything on them without getting nagged and threatened with getting kicked out. There is also no air conditioning provided in any of the units. Management has no loyalty to good tenants; they'll kick you out without a thought, just to make a few more bucks off of some other sad-sack. Due to their agreement with CenturyLink, you're internet will cost $20 more than advertised for the same speeds and you're not allowed to use any other ISP. It'll cost about $3.50 to do a load of laundry, $30/month for a cleaning service to wipe down the communal kitchen counters, and last I checked, you have to pay a couple hundred annually to park in the garage or on the street (this may have changed). None of these expenses go to improving the units, just sidewalk landscaping. The reason given by management for the insanely high rental rates is that they're aligned with the local rental "market" rates, while they're fully aware that their increased rates are part of the reason the market is so high. It's a silly excuse to be greedy, because if they just lowered their rates, the market average would go down."

"My move-in experience was great, It's my first time moving out on my own so I had a lot of questions. The staff (Cameron / Kia) were very supportive in helping me get settled in and are always available when I have any questions. I have access to everything I need, I use the gym frequently, I always find street parking available, and overall I love my space. My neighbors are cool too. Very convenient location for me as well."

"Have been living here for a few months now. Staff is great and very responsive. The studio is adequate for one person. If you really need lounge space, there’s a nice lounge and a rooftop for hanging out. Each floor has a shared kitchen and a fridge ( besides the mini fridge in your own room). Each floor has a shared laundry room: $3.50 (1 laundry + 1 drier use). Overall building is new, thus no mold problems. Small fitness room and package locker to top it off. Parking in garage is paid, but street parking is not hard to find."
