"Google Goofed !! I have nothing to do with this Building! Google has the wrong info, 3+ years - many attempts to remove my name! Yuck! Can anyone bring this to their attention??"

"So I originally I posted that I liked being here, but now Im beginning to regret ever living here. There is a roach problem that even the exterminators aren't able to get rid of. I keep a very clean and tidy house with no open containers or food and they are STILL running around here. I've literally lost count of how many times the exterminators have come by and kick me out of the unit I'm renting to spray these stupid pests out...and I've only been here for half a year."

"We've been here for 8 months and if they had someone who actually monitored things here; kept up with the rules they keep texting tenants about, monitored the parking they're charging us $50 for, and actually made the place look nice then it would be an amazing place to live. Unfortunately, they don't and just keep raising rent. The property manager also changes all the time so if you're trying to get something addressed you can never get ahold of anyone. Only advice is to save whatever number they call you from."

"My roommate and I moved into these apartments a little over 2 weeks ago. The manager, Saniya, worked with us to move in on quick notice and she’s been very straightforward with getting us settled in. The apartment complex has recently gone under new ownership and the company has renovated the place gracefully. We had an issue with our washer that was recently installed and maintenance fixed the problem quickly. Very comfortable and convenient place to live, especially across the street from the Costco shopping center and transit station. The reviews from 2+ years ago seem to be outdated as we’ve had little to no problems with the place. :)"

"Moving in this place was a mistake. If I was not desperate to get out of the situation I was in, I'd never have moved in. Families on top floor have multiple children running around at all hours (even past the lease's quiet ones and no amount of complaining to landlord does anything). Another review of this place says it's dangerous, but I do not feel that. It's just loud. Apartments are old, and no insulation against sound remains. I can hear every time one of those other families hits their kids, the screaming...it's nightmarish. One Saturday afternoon, a police officer knocked on my door with a picture of one of those children that run around unsupervised. Seems he's a special needs child and he had JUST WANDERED OFF. What kind of parent lets a special needs child just wander off. Oh, this happened at 9 am according to the building's camera system. And the cop was there around 1 pm. They waited THAT LONG to call the cops. Such parenting."
