"I don’t suggest you to rent in this apartment, BAD property management and car break ins very common most residents experienced car break ins and very dirty and moldy, mildewy smelling stairway and hallway and the apartments, they don’t respond right away If something breaks. They don’t care they are a money hungry property management,"

"0 Stars would be more fitting. This is a horrible place to live. The owner of the building and the property managers (Peak Living) simply do not care about the condition of this building or its residents. The only good reviews are from before Peak Living took over the building. The building is filthy, the elevator hasn't been serviced in far too long, the call box has been disconnected, the roof leaks in the hallway whenever it rains, and there is zero communication from the property managers. Our unit leaks every time it rains and they put a large hole in our ceiling for more than two months and they consistently lie to us about repair timelines. They then lied about the roof being repaired only for it to immediately leak again when there was a light drizzle. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone who can make any decisions. The only bright spot is the building's lone maintenance worker - Matt - who genuinely does seem to care about the tenants, but ultimately his hands are tied by inept management. If you have ANY other choice for where to live, then go with that option - I promise you it will be better than Lawton Park. This is what happens when there is zero accountability for landlords."

"I recently moved to this apartment and the experience with management has been really painful so far. The fact that there doesn't exist an on premise leasing office makes it very difficult to reach out to management. Their responses are super delayed and seem to ignore the concern. It's been more than a month since I have moved in and haven't got the work done as notified during the move in inspection. The online portal doesn't reflect the payment made a month ago during the move in which concerns me. I found it unprofessional that on multiple occasions the maintenance people didn't show up on scheduled appointments. Overall, it's feels like a poor management which is just really hard to reach out for any issues."

"I visit my friends here regularly on the weekends. I've witnessed one of their two apartment leaks in real time and their inability to reach maintenance in a remotely timely fashion and encountering an emergency line that's disconnected. They pay exorbitant rent for bad property management/communication and an outdated unit. The apartments are old, the unit definitely isn't updated or level, and it's dark. The call box is often not working. The elevator goes out. Now their rent is getting hiked up for no legitimate reason - the property management communication is no better and the unit hasn't been updated. My friend, the tenant, posted a detailed review here outlining the legitimate concerns and frustrations with this complex and it was flagged for removal. Have some integrity."

"Lawton Parks is a wonderfully maintained apartment building and the actual apartments are gorgeous with plenty of space. As someone who moved here from NY I appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer and updated appliances. The property manager is super helpful - making sure the exterior stays clean & always gets back to me within 24 hours if I have a need to contact them. Also fantastic location right next to a huge dog park with beautiful views of the mountains on a good day and friendly neighbors!"
