"I am appalled by the behavior of this store. People donate their items to go to those who have lower budgets. Meanwhile this store is selling donated suits for $1100 on their own website. Not only this but they also price their items in-store at the highest prices they can. Go to Goodwill if you want to find any deals."
"These prices are ABSURDLY high (like $8 for a single tarnished bracelet) and the hours are always changing so it’s hard to even keep track of when they are open. I used to love this place and go every couple weeks but now I rarely even go once every few months. Not sure if management changed over or what but please change it back!"

"I have been going here for years and have been a fluent shopper here, but how in the world can you say this is "new"? You refused to refund me, claiming it was new and that it was me that broke this chain. You can see dirt on the chain. I can’t put dirt like this on a chain in only 24 hours, and it's missing both couplings. Buyer beware. Luckily, the others weren't broken, but the two others in bags were missing couplings"
