"I lived there and the maintenance guys were good but the front office was a whole different story. I gave noticed and paid my rent in full before moving out. I even gave them my military orders. I have been gone over a year and now they are trying to get me for rent on an apartment I did not live in. This place is not good at all. Also when I lived there my kitchen ceiling fail in and I was forced to live there while they were fixing it. Please see below for pictures."

"This place is a dump, they treat people like garbage, and the "lead maintenance guy" kept looking through the windows and staying out front staring at my teenage daughter-way too creepy. Notified management and NOTHING DONE. Broke the lease (paid through the nose and SO worth it) and got out of there. I've lived in projects better than this place."

"-you can defenitely get more for your money elsewhere. -the cabinets fall apart, old appliances that break constantly, sunk floors, not well insulated, constant mold(even if you wipe often), heater doesn’t work throughout the apartament. Being first time renters and just back from deployment we did not have much time to look for a good apartment. I could really go on FOREVER. At first we were shown a better looking apartament (floors, cleanliness, location) but it was rented out while we were out getting the deposit for it so we settled for the 2nd floor bad idea... the upstairs neighbors had dogs than ran around all night, loud talking and banging on doors I believe multiple people live per unit so it’s defenitely not military friendly due to all the noise, cars kept parking in our spot and some of the neighbors seemed a little sketchy... bussiness owners from the area said those apartaments were “low income” so it makes sense. Maintanance men are very friendly and quick to respond but use trial and error ... there are so many issues that at one point you just deal with it like our bathroom flooding from the sealing leaking bleach. Currently in the moving out process I was given very vague intructions on what to do which resulted in us having to pay an additional month of rent and utilities lesson learned I should have paid more attention but the way it was handled by the staff was disappointing she was very snappy and rude. She was very helpful throughout our stay until there was difficulties, wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t get our deposit back. Hope this helps"

"My family just moved out of this apartment complex a few months ago and I miss it already. This is a great place to live. It's clean, kid friendly, maintenance was amazing and office staff was very nice. You definitely get a great deal living here."

"Good area that is close to everything. Some of the kids in the complex have serious attitude problems and no respect for elders. Your child shouldn't shout insults, swear, or flip off people because they drive through their "play area". Might I add, their area is in the middle of the road, in front of the mailbox. Not on the play ground 10 ft away. Some neighbors are nice, some are rude. Our upstairs neighbors would glare at us daily and had a yappy dog who they shouted at all day, then reported our dog for being too loud when they bark at someone at the door. 24/hr emergency maintenance was great though and we did have nice people in the complex. Management was great to us but apparently pick favorites since we've heard the opposite from friends. And as most online reviews for this place state, BEWARE OF MOLD. It's everywhere. Management will say you can stay on top of it but that is a lie unless you're wiping it daily. If the apartment is warmer than outside your windows leak and soak the carpet and windowsill and grows a ton of mold. Sadly this is still one of the best complexes in the area. Affordable and accepts any breed of dog."
