"This is a nice place, but beware if you live on the bottom floor. SOME people that own dogs are just letting their dogs poop everywhere especially in the back grass area near the patio. It’s absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to the community. We have accidentally stepped on poop multiple times. Nothing is being done about it either. We didn’t move here to pick up dog poop that isn’t ours. We don’t even own a dog. Do better Camber and residents. Just because you paid the pet fee doesn’t mean you can let your dog poop everywhere and just leave it there. Edit: It has been over a month since we received an email that Camber would be penalizing these irresponsible dog owners via $50 per occurence in regard to them not picking up their dogs waste. Well, it looks like absolutely nothing has been done to stop this because these irresponsible dog owners are still not picking their dog waste up. In fact, today was my 7th time stepping on dog waste despite efforts to avoid it due to darkness of the night. If nothing is done, I will have to report this to the Washington State Department of Health."

"We love Camber Apartments!! My partner & I moved in last year and we held off on writing a review because we wanted to give this beautiful community a chance before we weighed in with our opinion. The apartment was great! There were a few things we needed checked out after moving into our new apartment but the second we mentioned an issue, Amy & Alex were on it! We mentioned an interior door having the tiniest crack in it and the next minute there was another door coming in to replace it. Over the past year I think the best things about Camber for us honestly, are the staff which is huge for us! Pets are welcome as well! We purchase our own dog bags but Camber still provides their own at several receptacles around the property and they keep them in good condition and empty them regularly. Our dog is literally trained now to look for staff and immediately gets excited on our walks when we see them out and about in the mornings keeping the property beautiful for us renters. *** Huge thank you from the renters for doing the dirty work! *** My partner injured their leg and Camber offered everything to help while I was at work. They even offered to give him a ride to check the mail and take our dog out from time to time. And when they ask how you are doing or check-in with you, they really do care. I feel like mentioning how amazing they are, may set them up for a "next-level" expectation.. But you don't find people like the Camber staff anywhere anymore! Well apparently Amy did... :) Amy & her team are amazing. They do everything in their ability to keep Camber looking amazing for those living here and they even go above and beyond. Which is honestly a huge "quality of life" selling point for us. With all the doom & gloom the world has right now... Home should feel welcoming! We shamelessly love it here and can't wait for another year! - BDZ"

"Parking can be extremely frustrating but everything else has been ok. At night the lots fill up. Update: Went to ask about "We do have available reserved carports close to your home, would you like to reserve one of these spots?" I was told 43 is the closest available. I live across the complex from this spot, this is on the side of building D. Lowering my rating accordingly. Update: 3 weeks later and I still see the same vehicles with no registration tags with the complex. Never saw notes on vehicles. Nothing."
