"Not impressed with this office. Unresponsive to my request for prescription refills. When getting my blood drawn staff talking trach about another staff member and their spouses. Wanted to remove tubes in my ear when I was not having problems then when I was having issues they said they were not equipped to take the tubes out."

"I was seeing ARNP Meslin  I called her office to let her know I was heading out of town To be with my daughter fo a surgical procedure. I requested a refill for anxiety meds as they would have run out before I returned. She said she would send it into the pharmacy so for one week I waited for my prescription. I called the pharmacy and was told they had not heard from ARNP Meslin. I left a message on the office machine saying that they hadn't received my prescription. I left the state as they knew I would without my prescription. I called the office and was told she could not prescribe me medication in Idaho. My son-in-law was coming to the state I was at so he was going to pick it up and bring it with him. I again called ARNP Meslin and was told it was called into the pharmacy the week prior which the pharmacy Denied. A couple of days later my daughter called the office, ARNP Meslin got on the phone and screamed at my daughter and told her this has already been sorted out that there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone on her. I called the pharmacy soon after to see what I could do and was told the prescription had been called in five minutes ago and was ready. I do not believe she wants or cares about a patient's input of care. There are exorbited circumstances around the reason for needing anxiety meds which she prefers to ignore or doesn't care. I attempted to transfer care but the other ARNP who I hear rave reviews about but she was not accepting new patients. I would NOT refer anyone to ARNP Meslin. When I returned home there was a letter in my mailbox saying I was being discharged as a patient and the reason was based on my behaviour with staff and they had determined that this is an unintendable patient provider relationship. I have never been rude to any of employees of the practice or to ARNP Meslin. I've only been  Polite and professional. I am disappointed that Doctor Benson who has an excellent reputation would employ a person who has such a lack of compassion,  empathy and care for her patients."

"I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Benson. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Nice comfortable waiting room with toys and books to keep little ones busy. Short waiting time and very clean! Plus, you can't go wrong with awesome nurses."

"David was my OB with my youngest and is currently by OB with my 3rd! He is informative, comfortable to be around, experienced beyond most expectations and knowledgeable. He treats every patient with respect and like a human. Being pregnant and giving birth is not only life changing, but emotional and can be scary at times. He listens, and helps to understand. I highly recommend David Benson. Not only is he wonderful, his staff is too. You can expect smiles and a welcoming feeling from the point you enter the office."
