"Honestly really disappointed in Paige Abu-Nawwas. I am in school to be realtor and i hope i never get to be like this. I was interseted in 14015 NE 76th St, Vancouver, WA 98682, $1800 Water and Sewer included rental property. I had to blow her up on Facebook messenger, on Truila, and here on Zillow. I never once got a message back from her except when i first initially wanted the property and she said the renter was turning keys over 9/27/2023 at 3pm (red flag 1: why list it for rent if the people are not out, red flag two: she said she could not keep up with the messages, red flag 3: communication with her was horrible) and i asked about application and how i could fill one out asap as i gave notice to my rental already and need to be out by 10/15/2023, no response. messaged her a few days before and after that still no response. facebook ad gets taken down, i ask if it was rented and if it was water/sewer incuded, no response. i email her, no response. i called her 4 times, no response. message her on zillow 7 times, no response. well my neighbors sees the ad today (9/29/23) suggest it to me, i said "thats the place im after! its next to my daughter school and in my budget as i make 3x $1800! its perfect! i even met the nice neighbors! im kind of concerned about the rat issue though. and the neighbors told me W/S included!" well lucky enough my neighbor is looking for a place too and messages her. NOT EVEN 10 MINTUES LATER, SHE INVITES HIM TO GO SEE THE PLACE SUNDAY. are you kidding me????? and good luck calling the battle ground coldwell office, they dont answer either. I have a 775 credit score, no debt, no collections, no judgements against me, i have been in notary/process serving for 5 years, i have 5 years of great rental reference and i have my neighbors as reference and even my current landlord because she loves me, no criminal background. all around a awesome tenant to rent to and nothing stopping me from renting anywhere. my kids are not loud or destructive. when i buy a house next year, i know what company not to go through."
