"I enjoy this property, I have lived in many apartments and it has never really felt like a home until we moved in here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is extremely comfortable for my 4 person family and anytime a request has been submitted it was fufilled in a timely manner. The leasing staff is wonderful and always helpful and the maintenance staff hss always been quick and respectful."
"Please don't be discouraged by the very low reviews of Erlands Point Apartments. Erlands Point Apartments is a wonderful place to call home, because the staff is really nice; it is quiet; neighbors are friendly; grounds keeping is taken care of once or twice a week. With other apartments, you are not going to get that if at all. I have known Cindy since she started working here, a year after I moved in. She is one of the nicest young women I am very happy to know. Brittany is also very nice and kind. They help all the tenants with whatever questions the tenants may have and any issues that arise. The maintenance here is fantastic, they get to the work order within the 48 hours if it isn't an emergency, or right away if it is an emergency. I love Erlands Point Apartments, been here for 12 years and never had a problem with any of the managers or maintenance. So, please do not let the very low reviews deter you away from Erlands Point Apartments, because this place is a wonderful place to call home."
