"Was promised one month free rent if we signed up and was never given that. We only needed the unit for 3 months and when we went in to tell them our move out date and that they never gave us our free month they told us they couldn’t help us, since they already took out our automatic payment for the last month. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, no interest to make this right."

"I don’t mind having my stuff stored here for a little while. However I don’t like that I don’t have access to my storage unit by using the back door. At 7 pm the door can no longer be propped open. I’m fine with that…however I’m not fine with the 2 employees that were not very polite and shut the door while my son was inside the storage unit and we were both locked out. My son on the inside and me on the outside. I’m handicap and walking around the building and walking all the way back to my unit to find my son….not ok with. Then I’m inside my unit and on my 3 step ladder and I cut the top of my hand on the metal door rolled up….heads up VERY sharp. It happened quick and if I would have hit the metal harder I’d need stitches. Yes I called to report what had happened and I was asked “ do we need to do cleanup” I should have been told where a first aide kit could have been used or found?? Went out to my car and used my homemade alcohol sanitizer. It was a bleeder and it will leave a nasty scar."
