"Extremely friendly! The property manager is always quick to respond to our questions or concerns. Its a quiet little place to call home. Very affordable for the space and quality. The waters warm, neighbors quiet. Not cluttered or trashy. We've been here a month and are already planning on staying for awhile. Highly recommend"
"Just moved out after almost four years. It was a nice place to live. Attentive management and maintenance, always very responsive. Location is kept very clean and well maintained. Docked a star cuz a pipe did burst in the kitchen in the middle of the night but they responded real quick to the emergency and got everything fixed that same day. Otherwise, no complaints! Enjoyed my time here."
"I called to arrange to look at an apartment. I told the woman I was driving from Tillamook to see the apartment. When I arrived she said she doesn't have an apartment to show. Also her listing says that they accept pets but when I get there there's a size limit, 20 lb. that was not disclosed in the ad nor was it disclosed in the phone conversation that happened before I arranged to meet and see an apartment. Very inconsiderate. Had me drive an hour and 15 minutes for absolutely no reason. As it turns out I didn't care for the look of the apartment anyway. Looks rough."
"DO NOT RENT. BEWARE OF HUGE SCAM! I was interested in renting from this place, and had called to set up a meeting, the lady who answered the phone was rude and extremely unprofessional, she interrupted me asking about a unit saying "that there's none available, and that the owner keeps postings up to keep people interested." this place is a absolute scam, they're just farming $50* application fees. STAY AWAY. *EDIT: is actually a $40 application fee, i just want to be factually right To the owners response, their comment is blatantly false, I have saved screen shots of their ad(s) and NO WHERE does it say that, on the multiple that I"ve found and saved. Also one tip; please send your secretary for re-training, her behavior as your employee effects your reputation. Thank you for your time, and response."
