"My daughter’s phone fell in a puddle during a big rainstorm and so we had to replace it quickly. I was not excited about replacing it as it often costs so much! Scott at the Warrenton store was able to let us know we had a loyalty discount on our account and this got us an amazing deal on a new phone. He also took the time to switch our phones around and made sure that all our important information transferred! All while trying to beat the clock, as the broken phone was about to go completely black. We could not be more satisfied with the customer service provided by Scott.
