"Cole was our insurance agent, he knew we had a month to find a new insurance policy for our business. He assured us he would find us a new policy. He didn’t, he didn’t communicate with us about anything. He could have called and said he was busy or that he didn’t have the time to help us, instead he just blew us off. Our business had to close for a week, we had to scramble. We had 5 different companies working on it, while Cole did nothing. He obviously is not good at his job, my advice would be to steer clear of him. You’ll be better off if you find someone that will at least phone calls."

"No response from my agent after 3 calls and messages left, time to find a new agent, if Cole can't perform the basic duty of returning a phone call I definitely don't want to trust him with anything critical"
"Buyer beware! I had multiple homeowners policies with Cole’s office. After months of promises Cole failed to provide a refund from my cancelled policy. He promised time and time again that my refund check would be coming ASAP. Then when I switched to another company in frustration from the poor follow through, and Cole failed to cancel my policy, despite receiving my request in writing, with the policy number, Effective date, Etc. For months farmers kept charging me, claiming I had never cancelled. Fortunately when I went directly to farmers corporate and provided my emails they were able to reverse the charges, but still unable to process my earlier refund (about $300). I only expect an insurance agent to start and end policies as requested, that is it. Cole failed to do the most basic tasks of an agent. So glad I never had any claims, I can only imagine how stressful that would have been."
"It's the only insurance dealer i've had. So I don't have any comparisons, but it can also be noted. That if I ever had to swap, the next would have an extremely high bar to reach. He's always friendly and helpful, on the ready to help with the best deal possible. I'm glad to have such a great person in my corner."
