Reviews
"The Kent Historical Society museum is such a fun way to introduce visitors to our quaint little town, or to reintroduce former residents to the many improvements to the city since whenever they left."
"Interesting place"
"If you like local history with great stories and artifacts to show interesting facts, this is a great place. Would highly recommend and this is a place that the City of Kent can be proud of. The story of the city is interesting."
"While I do work for them cleaning, I will say that their exhibits are always interesting and bring back alot of memories for me. I grew up in Kent . The folks who work and volunteer are quite knowledgeable about Kent's history and thus are a good resource."
"On behalf of the Tree City Carvers, I want to thank the staff at the Kent Historical Society Museum for a lovely evening that our club spent at the museum. They were thanking us for carving some architectural pieces to help complete their restoration. The place is just beautiful with so much attention to historic accuracy and detail! Kent residents can be proud to bring visitors to this museum which tells the story of Kent so well. The staff that served us was Jack Amrhein, Lorie Bednar, and Julie Kenworthy, who obviously love the Historical Society and Museum with all their hearts. They've put tons of sweat and tears into the lovingly executed restoration of this building. It is a sight to behold. Thanks again for a wonderful evening. The punch and cookies you served us were awesome as well. Sincerely, Diane Harto, Secretary of the Tree City Carvers"
