"The project was excellent, very well done, quick, beautiful. The management team was top notch. We had a small disagreement at one point, but they stood by their word 100%. The color was a perfect match, the seams perfectly straight. The historic character of a 151 year-old building maintained. The only reason I might have given four starts instead of 5 was the price. While the project went perfectly, I thought the price was on the high side. HOWEVER, we got what we paid for, so even though I thought the price a little high, I thought the value was very good...thus five stars."

Bruce was thorough with the early steps and initial quote, identifying as much as possible to limit the number of surprises with a project like this. He explained all the work that they would be doing. He and Gary listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had at any time of the day (or night). My roof installation included a few surprises that we wouldn't have been able to identify prior to tearing off the existing roof. Gary showed me where the problems were and worked with Bruce and their crew to provide different options to move forward. At the end of each day, Gary and crew left the job site in a clean state. Providing me with a rough idea of what work would be done the following day.
