"This is such a great resource and the workers there are so helpful. The only reason there's not 5 stars is that there not open enough."

"I am not sure what to say really. My mother helps run the place and helps others find out more about their family tree or other's family tree. They usually do private rentals, basically, open up the place for people that live out of state. When school is around even lids come here for a field trip to learn more about the history of our county."

"The adams county historical society has on display a overview of the adams county footprint petroglyph site. The only one i know of. On it is a story you mght say of a man and woman. She is called the ice maiden and did high ceremonies at the mound in manchester. It records she did these ceremonies in the tenth month. Nothing major with the sun so we looked to the moon. And there it was you have seen it too. In fact from your early years on. So what does the moon do, it turns blood red. From research we know there was a large gathering of people at the mound to be at this high ceremony. Im hopeing to do something to post at the mound in manchester"
