The staff and owners are so caring, loving, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. Such a great place for your loved ones to live. I've never been to an establishment like theirs where the owner themselves are very hands-on. A++ rating from me!"

"My mother moved into Brookdale Marysville, January 2021. My mom has been welcomed into every part of their family community. She is enjoying the activities of bingo, movies, happy hour, corn hole, and exercise class. The other day she said to me, “I had a busy day today!” Ryan, the director, helped make our move-in very smooth. He was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The whole staff in all areas have been wonderful and responsive. Communication has been excellent... from the front desk, the nursing staff, director, maintenance, and program director as I get photos of my mom participating in the community. I know I made the right choice by placing my mom in good hands."

The nursing staff is attentive and responds promptly to any questions or concerns I have. When I visited my mother (before COVID), I always felt welcome and was impressed with how friendly everyone was - the aides, the servers, the other staff and the management. They truly care about my mother. The management and staff have also done an exceptional job keeping the residents safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend Broookdale Marysville."
