"I had the unfortunate experience of a tree falling on my brand new home this past August. It was very challenging to find a reputable contractor who was interested in taking on a repair job and working with an insurance company. In the immediate aftermath, I must have contacted upwards of thirty contractors. Very few even responded to my requests for an evaluation and estimate. Lee and Trinity Design/Build responded almost immediately, came out and walked through my home with me, and stated that although repair work was outside of the scope of what they would typically do, there was "something to be said for taking care of the people in your community." This kind of outlook and commitment to your neighbors is rare in business today. It touched me deeply and made me feel certain that they were the right people for the job. Their communication has been consistent, professional, transparent, and exceedingly kind. Their attention to detail and the integrity of their work is impressive. It is nearly impossible to tell that there was a 100+ year old oak tree on the front of my house barely more than a month ago. They were timely, hardworking, and meticulous, even going as far as to move and disassemble/reassemble my bedroom furniture in order to install new carpeting. We are still tying up some loose ends with the work to be done, but I have no doubt that it will be perfect! I can't recommend Trinity Design/Build enough. Not only do they do good work, they are committed to Durham and the people who call it home."

"Trinity Design/Build managed the renovation of our 1926 Trinity Park home. The work included a full renovation and 600 sq foot addition. They did an amazing job bringing our vision to reality, while maintaining the history of the home. They were able to introduce modern finishes while preserving the historic details. Their subcontractors were great (painting, cabinets, plumbers, trim work) and the management team was responsive to our questions/concerns. Overall, we are happy with the finished product."

"We recently finished a new house build with Trinity (both design and build). We are extremely happy with the results. Jody's design is beautiful, with great windows and neighbors comment that the house looks like it has always been here (our goal!). "Trinity Design Build helped us build and manage construction of a home addition (adding a 2nd level) and renovation of our 1950's ranch in the Rockwood neighborhood of Durham, NC. The experience from start to finish was incredibly professional. Their team put so much thought and heart into every aspect of our project. From the initial meetings of pricing estimates to the final details after we moved back into our beautiful home, they were honest and accurate. The project took about 6.5 months of construction, and TDB met with us for months ahead of time to assist in picking fixtures, paint colors, and other materials to streamline the building process once work began. From the first day they showed up until we moved back in, there was rarely a day when work was not being done on site. They were impressively efficient in the coordination and scheduling of the subs to work together. TDB maintained a very clean construction site. I had to use a space on site for work and they went out of their way to make sure that the construction did not interfere. Linton Architects did the design, and TDB worked seamlessly with them to build the house that Linton designed and we envisioned. We cannot recommend Trinity Design Build highly enough. The whole team was such a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome!"
