"The work we had done was good. Cement driveway and deck. We paid for the deck with a check. He claimed he didn’t receive it after a couple of weeks. We gave him a cashiers check for full amount for the deck. Put a stop payment on the check at our bank. A year later he apparently found the check and cashed it! Contacted him on a Friday. He said he would get the money to us that weekend. Never saw him! I guess we will see him court!"
