"The preschool experience my family had with Director Ashley was deeply disappointing and concerning. Without any prior conversation with my husband and me, our four-year-old child was abruptly expelled, and it felt quite personal. Throughout our time at the preschool, we received numerous emails from Ashley, urging us to pick up our son because he was having a rough day, which we always promptly did. However, upon arrival, other teachers would confide that they couldn't understand why she had called us, as they believed our son's behavior didn't warrant such concerns in their opinion. While some days were better than others, multiple teachers consistently reported that they never encountered difficulties in managing his behavior or resolving disputes. Strangely, it appeared that Ashley was consistently at the heart of any major issues. One particularly distressing incident occurred when I walked into the classroom and witnessed Ashley physically restraining our son. When I inquired about the situation, she explained it was because he wouldn't pick up his blocks. Our son was crying so intensely that he could hardly catch his breath. While I don't believe she was physically harming him, it was unmistakable that her actions were causing him extreme distress. It was heart-wrenching to witness, and disheartening to know that she seemed to be unfazed by the distress she was causing our child. Although there are undoubtedly wonderful staff members at this school, it takes only one person to create an unfair and harmful environment for your child. Regrettably, this was the experience our son had. It is my firm belief that the director lacks the necessary skills to provide a nurturing and thriving environment for all children."
"Horrible place. The staff are rude and the place was under investigation for a little while. I would never leave a little one or even a schooler in this facility. If I could rate it zero I would."
"Our kids love this place and have for years! We love the staff!"
"Love this place staff is great! They teach my children so much!"
"It is ok. Some of the teachers are either unfair or don't listen to you when you have a problem. Other teachers are amazing and if your child is young, i would recommend it to you, all the way. Just, if are third grade or up, please don't consider it. If you have a problem, or if another kid has some sort of a problem with you, they just say, " well, your one of the oldest kids. Don't argue with a first grader" even if they are second graders, or even third, fourth, or even fifth graders. Plus, you have to do chapel every week, same songs, they are annoying and babyish, and you have to do it with the five year olds who just stare at the older kids, and it is kind of freaky. And the teachers make you literally stare at either them or the TV screen. And the the screen is tiny. Please, this is a good daycare for little ones, just not third grade or up. Trust me on this one."
