Don't just collect a rent check, manage your tenants and force them to up keep your property. We witness a child get injured from a falling ceiling tile and the individual working their did nothing. The parent rush the child out to hospital and didn't return. We received you info from the dry cleaners next door. The manager said to report this to you. This place looks nothing like your other properties on you site."
