"After trying to talk to Bill Helms, Matthews Historical Foundation Vice President of Marketing/Publicity/Events about my event - we will not be going with this venue. He was rather short and instead of being helpful he was unbelievably rude. For someone that runs your marketing/publicity - I don't think you should say things like: "If the email offended you that much it is probably best you booked elsewhere. I don't think you would have been a good fit for our house." to someone who is trying to spend money with you. I hope anyone who is looking into working with Bill Helms thinks otherwise."
