"Very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Location was quiet. Breakfast included a large variety of choices both hot and cold. Service was friendly - no complaints at all. Would definitely stay again!"
"I'm genuinely shocked at the negative reviews of this place. Everything from the breakfast to the pool was amazing. The room was clean, and they even gave me an upgrade. The staff was absoluteky awesome too! The only negative I can think of was at dinner...the chicken sandwich was a McChicken style ground up chicken nugget style fried patty on a white bun (it did have some veggies on it which was good). But that's not appropriate quality for a restaurant like this which should have a real chicken breast. However despite this everything far exceeded my expectations and the food (aside from this) was seasoned to perfection."
"When things are cheap they are usually cheap for a reason and this hotel is one of those things! First and foremost they have ROACHES, which is disgusting. When I informed the front desk the person working didn't seem to know what to do and had NO support from management. The individual tried several times to contact the manager to no avail. Upon check-in before the roach debacle, we checked in late and asked for late check out which we were granted. The next morning a little after 11 am, housekeeping was at the door to turn over the room. I informed housekeeping that we had a late checkout and was told that it wasn't noted from the shift before, the front desk said the same as well. There was no manager on site again and he couldn't be reached by phone that morning either. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth."
"Room was very nice and shower was probably best I've had in a hotel of that price range. Hot water in bathroom sink didn't seem to want to work under 12 minutes and I couldn't get air conditioner to come on. Was able to get heat but it was very loud. Also, had a first floor room and there was quite a bit of dog noise."
"This isn't a bad Holiday inn there were just some things I think they could do better. We had 6 people and our suite for 6 that only had seating for 4 and 3 towels. There was an empty space where I think a table was supposed to be. None of that ruined our stay but could be addressed."
