"Alan was very short with me no concern or regard for anyone’s feelings. The phone call was awkward. He stated that all they have available is video telehealth counseling (didn’t explain what that means) and asked if that would work for me and I said I don’t know how I feel about that. (I never said NO until the end) He continued being short with me and unprofessional by saying well I recommend you go find somebody else if that’s not going to work for you. And I said “okay“ he immediately hung up. If the “professionals“ hired this guy I could only imagine the “professional” help I would be receiving” I would say somebody needs to find a different person to run the phones for this place because he obviously has no clue how to handle people who are seeking help. Thanks Alan."
