"Really dislike overnighting here. Something’s always wrong with the TVs in the rooms- their screen turns blue for some reason, hotel shuttle doesn’t keep to their schedule, and the room air conditioning uses your thermostat setting as more of a guideline than an actual setting. Rooms are usually too hot. Disappointing representation of a wonderful hotel chain and a wonderful city. Do better."

"Elite members… don’t bother, go else where. Zero parking, after an hour the valet said will figure it out and took the keys. Completely unacceptable after traveling far. TV in the room didn’t work, was burned out. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room either. Tons, and I mean TONS of kids every where running around, making noise. They seem to do lots of teams. The whole 5th floor stuck of weed which then lead into our room. You are definitely treated just like a number at this hotel and not as an elite member. There was 1 short lady who worked Fridays, she was absolutely amazing. Kind hearted and sweet but that customer service seemed to end only with her."

"The hotel is Great, newly renovated and done well. It meets a lot of what I am looking for when traveling. Shuttles to the airport run 24/7 every 15 mins (and actually run). Rooms are quiet, bed is comfortable, extremely clean inside rooms and out. Hospitality is also good, I was greeted nicely by more than one employee. The Internet is blasting fast and coverage is good. Water pressure and showers are also really good. Location and amenities are about as good as you get being an airport hotel. Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is...fine. Rooms are nice, food is good, bar area is nice. The problem I have is twofold: 1. The only elevator that was working was the service elevator. This is located around the corner from the main (2) elevator doors. It's not clear where it is and there was a mass of people around the elevators wondering why the call light was just going out. No one knew where to go. 2. The lounge on the 8th floor has nothing. If you show up after breakfast there nothing...no apples, no snacks, not even a coffee. Almost every other Marriott I've been to leaves out something for people to grab during the day. Instead I had to go down to the bar to get a $45 salad. Feels like this is intentional."
