"I checked in for 3 days, but didn't have to pay the deposit because I didn't put any extra money onto my debit card. Comes time to check out, but instead of checking out, I paid online for another night, but the lady at the front desk wouldn't check me in because I didn't have the deposit money. I stayed for 3 days and it was ok because the person that checked me in said they had my card on file, but the other lady wanted to be hella rude to me. She said she can't check me back in because I didn't have the deposit and said it doesn't matter if my card was file, they're not aloud to that and need the deposit money no matter what and wouldn't let me stay one more night. So not only was she super rude about everything, she kicked me n my bf out, said we hadda leave and that she's not giving me a refund because she cant. That was a lie, she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and went to work with an ugly attitude!"

"On 2/15/2024, I checked in the Quality Inn hotel at SeaTac. I slept around 9:30 PM and planned to get up in the early morning to work but the noise from above kept me awake. I waited to let the guest above to finish his or her bathing and waited until 11PM. I felt it is not right for that guest to make noises to interrupt my rest for over 0ne hour and maybe two. Therefore, I went to the front desk to get help. There was a clerk there and she listened to my complaint then replied immediately: there is no one above you! She insisted that there is no one above my room and refuse to accept my request to change room. Meanwhile, another man came in and the clerk asked him of my situations. The man laughed out and told me: Maybe there is a ghost in that room and left on his way. Since she is not helpful, I went up to knock the door of room 304 and a woman came out. There she is, a live person. Ta-DA--- There is a real person living above my room! I explained to the guest that I need to fall asleep soon because I will get up to work early, please put down your foot gently. She says sorry she was taking bath and walk around in the room and she agreed to be gentle later. This clerk (According to her, Devita) was judging customer in a negative way and lied to customers when she checked the computer to tell me there is no one in the room above you. When I discussed my situation and she insisted there is no one above my room and I have invited her to listen to the noise by herself, she said: I won’t go to your room because you are a murderer! Hello! Quality? Inn. (I don’t know if she needs a doctor for her mind?) And she asked three men to back her up, they are: one man saying thing of ghost and laugh, and later a shuttle driver to listen to the noise in my room and even later hours a senior guest using computer but she spoke lies that the woman she called over the phone was not in room 305 but room 304, exactly above my room! Quality Inn General Manager: Your clerk worked so hard to keep me in my room and didn’t get a change from 9 PM to 1 AM. She is good to get three men to back her up but she is a liar. You should close this hotel because it runs like a joke, a joke about haunted hotel."

"Tanya was so helpful booking me an affordable room last minute late night. Lovely stay in a decent hotel, fresh coffee, comfortable bed. Overall great emergency stay here for a long layover."

"Basic room. Mine was fairly noisy all night long. Lots of banging like furniture hitting the walls. And noise from the hall. Lots of things seem on the verge of not working, like the toilet although it made it through my stay. Sink slow to drain. Nice shower. Heater worked well enough to get me through a frigid night. Bed was fine. One ice machine on 3 floors. Very nice breakfast. Price is reasonable. Staff friendly. I don't like the fact that they put an extra $200 on your credit card "in case you damage something" and then theoretically refund it. I'll have to watch my statement. But I guess a lot of hotels do that now. If I ever have to stay in the area again, I would consider returning."

"Anya and Tanya are friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy check in and shuttle to the airport. We picked this hotel because the shuttle was the quickest the night we arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was basic but tasty and plentiful. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal and assorted breads, muffins and bagels. Thank you for a nice stay after a harrowing day of travel."
