"I'm happy to share my experience with Doylestown Builders, who put together my IKEA kitchen in the spring of 2021. They did a solid job, both in terms of speed and quality of work. Right from the start, Doylestown Builders was on the ball. They were on time for our first meeting, were polite, and knew a lot about IKEA's product line and how to install everything. This really helped when we were planning out the project, as they were able to give good advice. What stood out about Doylestown Builders was how fast they got the job done. I was a bit surprised at first by how quickly they said they could finish, but they followed through without skipping any steps. They knew their stuff when it came to IKEA kitchens and didn't miss any details. I was also impressed by how they stuck to the original budget. They were upfront about costs, and there were no hidden or surprise charges. It's a big plus when you don't have to worry about going over budget. The end result was a well-put-together IKEA kitchen that I'm really happy with. It works great, looks good, and you can tell they knew what they were doing. All in all, I'd recommend Doylestown Builders. If you're thinking about installing an IKEA kitchen, give them a call. They're quick, they do good work, and they don't overcharge. They gave me a kitchen I can be proud of, and I'd hire them again for future projects. Every member of his team were personable and fun to work with!"

"Jon and his team did an excellent job on remodeling a very beat up kitchen in a condo we just bought. We used Ikea, and it looks flawless with the skilled installation. When there was an issue with the measurements, his team was able to troubleshoot and figure out how to make it work! He was very reasonable and upfront with negotiation of pricing, and as the job went on, I ended up deciding to have them do more work for us (bathroom vanities and a privacy fence in the back yard). Everything was done well and quickly, and I couldn't be happier. When I have more contractor needs I will definitely be going back to Doylestown Building! Thanks!!"

"We used Jon and his crew to build a 2 story addition (2 car garage and rooms above). They did a great job. You hear some horror stories about working with contractors, and I was nervous to do so, but it worked out great. I liked the transparent billing and think "time and materials" worked well for both parties. Jon's own crew are great (shout out to Scott and Cruz!). The subs he used (excavating and framing, etc...) were also professional and courteous. I'll be a reference for him if they ask and recommend them for a small or large project."

"Be aware of shady practices from the owner. I planned to use a few contractors for an entire floor renovation which I clearly explained to Jon the owner. He agreed to provide a line by line estimate of all work for $295. He went on to explain that the estimate would apply to any part of the work I hired him for. He also told me the estimate would likely take him about 3 days to develop. I emailed Jon the full scope of work. In less than 10 minutes he provided me a boilderplate estimate with no cost information except the total cost. He gave me 72 hours to accept his estimate for all work or said he would not do the job. I did not succumb to his pressure tactics and he walked off with my money."
