Grant Hall Museum of Ossipee History

Grant Hall Museum of Ossipee History is a charming institution located at 52 New Hampshire 16B in Ossipee, New Hampshire, United States. The museum was created by a group of dedicated residents who worked together to save and relocate the historic building to its current location.

The museum's current exhibit showcases Ossipee textiles, featuring a collection of dresses, men's wear, hats, boots, and various tools such as spinning wheels, flax wheels, a bootmaker's stand, a wash tub, and a sewing machine. The museum also houses a Civil War corner, highlighting the history of a local doctor from Ossipee.

Visitors can also admire a fishing fly specially created by Rick Estes for the area, now proudly displayed at the museum. Recently, a new roof was installed on one half of the building, thanks to generous donations from supporters.
