"Staff is highly educated, kind, patient, super organized, and works well with children. You have to register all your children for a wellness check up with a primary care doctor. Then the child is able to attend a same day visit with any of the pediatric doctors. If not, appointments can me a few months in advance. They do provide the option for walk ins, but the doctor may not be a pediatrician. Providence Mill Creek Pediatrics is beyond a 5 star."

"While the doctors seem to be professional and have met our care needs, I find the overall setup a disaster. You have to wait months to be seen. At the appointment, its routine to expect 30+ minutes of wait time. While its OK for you to wait arounds 10s of minutes, they will reschedule your appointment for being 10 minutes late. And the next appointment will be a couple months away. Even if you have urgent care need, you will not be able to see your child's doctor for weeks. If you have options, go find some place else."

"It felt like our input regarding our infant was falling on deaf ears with Dr. Gan. There was more concern for his weight instead of the milestones he was achieving. Believing this negative experience was isolated, we stayed at the same office but switched doctors to Dr. Raudiyan. My husband and I came in with a positive attitude that this pediatrician would be a good fit and that we would leave the appointments heard and understood. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a simple appointment ended up being a 40 minute wait. We ended up leaving before we were seen because we had other obligations. If we were late and inconsiderate of a doctor's time, we'd be penalized... But when the doctors do it, the communication and embarrassment is left to the MA to deal with, which to add, their MA's I've never had a negative experience with. The MA who we had this most recent appointment was rad. She was amazing to my daughter and acknowledged her birthday with some fun goodies. To that MA and the other ones there, thank you for being kind and empathetic. The two star review isn't for you, if I could give a separate review, I'd give 5. All in all, we're no longer with Providence. I understand business gets busy, but something needs to be done to help mitigate so that way patients time is respected as well (an alert system on clinic traffic for example)."
