"I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in the Kelso/Longview area, and none have made me want to stay there again. They’re all dated, and could use a deep cleaning and remodel. $200 per night is a bit too steep for this old place! I was able to get a bed and a shower so I guess this place serves its purpose, but I wasn’t a fan of the long dark hairs in one of the small thin child size bath towels. Hair was also on the bathroom floor, which could be normal I suppose but makes you wonder about the attention to cleanliness and sanitation. I could tell the room had only received a very quick cleaning and it didn’t have that clean sanitized vibe. There was a complimentary bottle of water provided, but the seal was cracked so it went in the garbage. The walls are thin. I could hear the banging around, the creaking and footsteps upstairs, the kids screaming in the hallway at midnight, and all of that was complimented by the loud trains that went by 3-4 times…. I didn’t get a good nights sleep. To be fair, maybe it was only annoyingly loud during my stay, but bring a good set of earplugs just in case. I may have to start staying farther South in Vancouver if I want a nicer room."

"Great service and the janitors do a great job keeping the rooms clean, but it was a rather disappointing visit. I was really disappointed with the jacuzzi in my room; the jets did not work and the nice lady at the front desk couldn't help me troubleshoot it over the phone. When I pay $200 a night for a jacuzzi suite, I want that jacuzzi to work. (Even the light above the jacuzzi didn't work.) So, I basically took a luxurious bath since the jets didn't work. I wish I would have gotten some type of discount since the room I was in was a "jacuzzi suite" but I was not offered one. I won't be back to this hotel. The breakfast was subpar as well and there was not much food to eat. Maybe I expected too much but some scrambled eggs and toast or bagels with cream cheese would have been nice."

"Super clean and quiet! Beds are clean and comfortable. Very spacious with Refrigerator and hair dryer in the bathroom! They serve coffee throughout the day and decent breakfast in the morning! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area ."
