"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Chang family-owned hotel in Hoquiam, Washington. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. "This is an older and smaller motel. But it is we'll taken care of. Room amenities are a bit outdated but in good condition. Nice flat screen. Cable and wi-fi come with room at no extra cost. They also do month to month. It's about $750 per month for one person. But that includes all utilities and cable. Overall, a very cute place to live and the area not all that bad."
"The room was clean and tidy including the carpet counters. That's more than I can say about nearly all motels like this I have stayed at including ones that are 3x the price. It's an old motel that still needs a little tlc especially outside but it seems that the owners and cleaning staff care about the rooms appearance and that is the number 1 priority as far as I'm concerned. The room does have a bit of a smell of smoke from years ago but that's easily forgiven since it's actually clean."
"Yes, it looks seedy but the rooms are very clean, WiFi works great, bed comfortable, microwave & small refrigerator work fine. Peter, the owners son, was very pleasant. Currently serving in the Navy but helping his family out as staff. Reasonable rates. Definitely recommend."
