"HOST DIDN'T SHOW AS STATED IN LISTING TO LET ME IN! I would BE VERY CAUTIOUS TO STAY HERE. I had no instruction or guidance on how to check-in if he wasn't there. The listing stated for arrival that the host would greet your arrival. I sent a message several hours prior to arrival informing the host of my expected arrival time with no response. I called several times upon arriving with no response and wasn't able to leave a message. I sent a message as well. AirBnB help was also unable to reach host. Host stated check-in was between 3pm-10pm on listing. After 10pm I left to find alternate lodging as it was now very late for me, I was utterly exhausted, I had plans to head out at 5:30am the next morning and I had no guarantee or confidence this lodging was going to pull through. There was no explanation ever given as to why this fell through by the host. And no refund was issued even after requested by AirBnB and myself. AirBnB said they would ask the host for a refund. I don't understand why the host should make the decision of a refund when the host didn't follow their own stipulated instructions. Very frustrating night and POOR HOSPITALITY. I'm hopeful they will make changes to their listing in the future...The host responded through the AirBnB messaging at 10:38pm that they are open 24 hours (this was not stated in the listing or ever communicated prior to arrival) and at 10:40pm he sent a follow-up message stating to come in to the house and where my room was located. Why wasn't this provided prior to my arrival if the host wasn't able to be present continues to remain unclear. And let's be transparent...the total cost for this night was $94.45 during peak travel season."

"I didn't stay at the B&B, I stayed on the attached campground. Clean porta potties, level ground to camp on, and gorgeous playful mastiffs running around. Was magical."

"This was our first experience with an Air B&B. We had the most amazing time. David and his wife went above and beyond to make assure our stay at grammas house was perfect. We are already planning a trip back next year. The views and river were picturesque. Weather perfect & we made a new friend, the family dog haha. Highly recomend staying here."
