"I received several lewd messages from this phone number; I picked up the phone, and they were on the other end. The dispatcher said I didn't need his name and was unsure if I was asking for his telephone number or the number that was I calling from right then. He did state that there was a very good chance that the calls had placed from one of their mental patients, but he couldn't identify who was calling my number. The dispatcher kept talking about his "LED display" and assumed that his number had came up on my display, which is not technology I have. He also rambled about numbers such as 2212 and that 216 is the North America Numbering Plan. After he insisted that I put someone else on the line, I hung up as I would not accept such rude behavior."

"Mediocre escape room. It was easy to complete and escape, but once free, they had police bring me back because I finished it to quickly. In the end, it took me several months to finish this escape room. Not happy."

"The staff is always playing mind games with patients, most of the people there are from Russia..Staff having full blown conversations with patients in Russian..I'm pretty sure America has been invaded by Russia and they are harboring homeless Russians to keep them off of the streets..Plus I've witnessed patients refusing meds so they strap them to a bed and inject them and keep them strapped down for up to 10 hours..this place is sickening and needs to be investigated and shut down..I've witnessed extreme patient favoritism as well as patient neglect..I could seriously write a 20 page essay on how horrible this place is..Talk about mental illness, America knows exactly where this curse came from.."

"They keep calling and leaving lewd and lascivious messages, then they deny it when Officer Ed Powell and Officer McLain confront them about it. I expect more from people who are entrusted to take care of those who need help the most."

"I worked there shortly. This place has so many relatives working there. It’s definitely not what you know it’s who you know. While I was there I witnessed family friends getting away with a lot. I also witnessed a lot of abuse of the system giving out overtime. Staff accepted outrageous and unsafe amounts of overtime. Costing the state a ton of money. Also management changes all the time. They didn’t fire managers just moved them. There were more managers than staff. Also no accountability. Always pass the buck finger pointing. Nothing is ever better just different. Staff and patients have been beaten up several times in the short time I worked there. Also unnecessary staff like RN4 graveyard shift to advise people. Means most of their shift doing nothing. State needs people to change the whole system in there."
