"Took my son in for an emergency exam and was able to get squeezed in right away. The office staff was friendly, they efficiently processed our new patient paperwork. And Dr. Eckroth was great! All around excellent practice, so very thankful for them. Highly recommend!"
"The swiftness and unprofessionalism that was afforded me this morning was unbelievable. I found out I have amazing benefits for vision - I have a second exam and glasses available. They first told me that they could not tell if I really had the second benefits available- ok - so then you can call if you don't believe the online benefits. But whatever - I called my plan myself and yes - I have my second set available. I informed them that this would be for a second opinion and VSP said I was good to go. Yelm vision cancelled my appointment while I was on the phone verifying my own benefits and then when I called back I was informed that they would not be able to see me and bill using the second exam benefits and to go see my original doctor. UMMMM second opinion - I did reiterate that this was for a second opinion and diagnosis - I was told they would not do it. I have since had a voicemail asking me to call back that they were confused and would put my appt back on the books - but at this point my confidence in them is lacking. I will take my business elsewhere."

"We haven't been to Yelm Vision in several years because our insurance changed. My adult son had gone there since he was a toddler. Today he stopped in at his new vision center because he had some eye pain. He was turned away. He decided to stop at Yelm Vision knowing he wasn't a current patient. They took him right in and treated him as if he never left. Fixed him right up. Thank you. I'll be looking into changing my vision plan even if it costs me more. Today reminded me that you get what you pay for."
