"What a joke!! Virginia Mason as a whole is a joke! "Dr" Vo is a joke! I wouldn't give any stars if I had a choice! Was supposed to see Dr. Vo and just found out he doesn't treat pain? WHY ARE YOU A DOCTOR??? YOU ARE USELESS!!!! Go dig ditches or something but you SHOULD NOT be a doctor! "Doctor" Vo! VIRGINIA MASON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S PATIENTS!!!!"
"I was supposed to have an appointment today but they had just canceled, saying they were sick. from seeing all of the reviews I should've just made one with my original doctor. been in extreme pain for about a month because of IBS and ulcers honestly happy we have emergency clinics or I wouldn't last another month for my new appointment. disappointing.."
"Earliest appt they could make for primary care was 4 months out, so I said ok. Appointment gets cancelled 2 weeks prior because the "provider is not available". Then they tell me the next available appt will be another 4 months out."
"My husband and I see Dr Vo, have been for about 5 years. We are always treated with respect and kindness when we go in. We have had zero issues getting referrals for specialists. In fact within a week we are scheduled with whatever specialist we need. My husband ran out of medication and I called to get an expedited script, they got it to the pharmacy same day and I was able to pick it up the next day. The nurses and front desk staff are courteous and helpful and the schedulers work to get us in as soon as possible (depending on the severity of the issue)."
"Kimberly Valencia makes you see her 10 times to bill the insurance and out of pocket charges for an issue but not giving referrals. I brought her a letter from my OB that getting regular vaccines are okay for me, first they weren’t giving appointment and finally when I got it the front desk said this appointment is made on the air and not valid!!! she refused giving simple vaccines. Lab person is mean and ruin your day with drawing your blood. Not recommended at all."
