"Once under care, this is a good experience. My prescriptions and cataract surgery were just fine. But scheduling and promptness is not to this standard of excellence. This is not to impugn the people there; the system seems overloaded and I've had to reschedule more than once due to conflicts pushing the time I can see the doctors out quite a ways. I also have my glasses done elsewhere. In other words, 5 stars is not warrented."

"I had the best vision care experience ever at Clarus Market Place! From the ease of making an online appointment request and prompt response from scheduling, to an appointment within a short turnaround, my initial impression was that this is an efficient and patient friendly eye care clinic. When I got to my appointment, I was even more happy, with the reception staff being so friendly and welcoming, plus a comfortable waiting room in a beautiful location. The tech was amazing, very positive and personable, highly skilled in performing the initial eye testing and putting me completely at ease. Dr. Burrell is simply the best eye doctor I have ever seen, very pleasant and reassuring with meticulous attention to detail, and she gave excellent, easy to understand explanations of everything she was doing. The whole process was done in less time but left me feeling I had just received the best routine eye exam I have had in years. I definitely will be going here for vision care from now on"

"Very competent staff especially receptionist at entry n scheduler. And the doctor is very skilled. But too many patients scheduled at similar times and long waits. Eye exam staff was not personable and felt like I was another part of crowd to whisk through! Too bad Claris is so large as skill level gets lost with feeling of being just another patient!!"

"Was extremely unsatisfied with the care at the front desk. Doctors and nurses were ok. Told them I would be leaving their service and asked for a copy of my charts. They refused. After some argument, they gave me a copy of mine and my daughter's charts without ever confirming who I was. I asked if that was acceptable practice to hand out confidential medical information without proof of ID and they all started shaking and stuttering. I took out records and left. My wife is a medical provider and she says this place is unacceptable as far as patient care and confidentiality."

"I went to an eye examination and was told my prescription was literally the same as 2 years prior. I had an Rx that was still valid from 2 years before. I went to pay and was charged an extra 75.00 to determine refractive state. I said my exam was the same, why am I paying this extra charge. They went back to the provider and the charge was removed. I paid my balance and left. Now I am being charged the 75.00 once again. There is no way to contact the billing dept so I emailed the billing Sept explaining this charge was removed the day of service, I received no response. I called the front desk and was told the billing office will call me. No one has called me from the billing office, but I received another bill. I will never go back to this clinic again. They are forcing me to pay something I did not incur and I have no recourse. Absolutely unethical."
