"Can definitely see why they have 2.3 stars. I’d give negative if possible. New to the area shouldn’t have needed a referral in the first place “refused” the referral sent by new provider. History of metastatic thyroid cancer parathyroid gone and a host of other endocrine issues. Guess some “process” was more important than taking care of the patient."

"Probably the worst endocrinologist I’ve ever seen my wife have to work with. If yourself or a loved one is hoping to get enough supplies to treat their ailment then good luck. My spouse is Type 1 Diabetic and the endocrinologist only orders in the bare minimum of insulin and other diabetic supplies. They do not account for emergencies (I.e. onmnipods that leak or don’t puncture correctly) and they are not easily accessible. We’ve been told that our insurance doesn’t cover additional supplies which I know is a lie because five different providers in various states have never had difficulty ordering supplies and nothing has changed since. I’ve also lost count of how many times this provider goes ‘out of town’ without notice, requiring my wife’s appointments to be scheduled an additional two to three months out. If your life depends on being seen by an endocrinologist then do not go to this provider."

"I've been a patient here for years now-- have never had any issues with either the reception or the care team that others seem to reference. Whenever there are hiccups with either insurance or pharmacy problems, the staff here have always been reliable in doing their best to help me out."

"I have been waiting months in June I Finally I got appointment for October 27 -2023 I have been waiting patiently and looking forward today I received call from Jennifer she informed me my appointment have been canceled next available is January 20th . 2024. I declined the appointment especially when the person on phone is so rude! I’m employed by providence. Jennifer please hospital core values are posted in hallway’s offices try and read them ."

"They are so unprofessional and have no respect for their patients’ time. I have been trying to schedule since April and they keep pushing my appointment 3 months out because the provider is not available. They have rescheduled me 3 times already and they are not flexible. I asked to see a different provider but they tell me that I am pretty much stuck with the same provider. The receptionist is very unapologetic and she does not offer any other options. The first time I went to my appointment, they checked me in, and I waited for over 30 minutes. When I went to check with the front desk person, she told me that they forgot to tell me that the provider was out. Every time They rescheduled me they gave me less that 24 hr notice and I have lost a lot of PTO from work on all those rescheduled appointments. I had an appointment tomorrow and they called me today to let me know that the provider will be out again. The receptionist told me that my only choice is to reschedule for January. I will not waist more of my time with this place, and will have my referral sent somewhere else."
