"After rushing my husband to the ER for severe abdominal pain last September, it was determined he needed surgery ASAP. Dr. Misra happened to be the surgeon who would ultimately save his life. My husband required 5 surgeries in the span of 2 weeks, and Dr. Misra performed all of them. To say he is an outstanding surgeon is a gross understatement. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was always kept in the loop with what was happening with my husband (and there were a lot of loops to kept in) and was available any time I had a question (unless he was in surgery). My husband's recovery was nothing short of a miracle. I truly believe he would not have survived, had it not been for Dr. Misra. He is truly an Earth Angel and my family will always be profoundly, deeply thankful for him. If you or your loved one needs surgery, you could not have a better doctor."

"I had a consultation with Dr. Misra about an inguinal hernia surgery. I had done a lot of research about mesh and I addressed my concerns with it. To be honest, I was expecting someone who says not to worry about mesh but instead I had someone who understood my wishes to not have a mesh repair done. Dr. Misra also understood what his own limitations were. Dr. Misra will listen and if I were to have gone for a mesh repair I likely would have used Dr. Misra. I appreciate his honesty and his listening."
