"Great staff but long wait and rushed appt"

"Beyond an extreme lack of communication here. Had me take my special needs son to a location in a completely wrong city for a visit we have been waiting months for. Called to confirm the day before and was given the wrong location. They gave me the address where to go and everything. Had to skip the Occupational therepy he usually has this afternoon just for them to not let us be seen today due to their mistake."

"My son went to 4 other medical facilities with severe pain, high fever, vomiting, and more before I brought him here. It was a busy night so it did take quite awhile for us to be seen but once we were they did the proper tests and diagnosed him correctly with a hip infection within an hour. We were admitted and lived there for 3 wks. They were nothing short of amazing. I wont ever take him anywhere else now."

"Wouldn’t accept my son 2 hours before they closed. He is 10 months old and has an ear infection not the first time they have done this before. I wish i could report this."

"I've taken both of my kids there & for the most part it was as positive an experience as I could possibly expect...drs & nurses were all kind & patient (pun) & have a sense of humor but professional at the same time the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the wait & mb shares the waiting room with tg & you really never know what to expect there it's right on the border of hilltop"
