"Booked this hotel after I heard some not so good rumors about the Aladdin in Longview, (wanted to stay at a Best Western, because they have always been a wonderful experience), and I needed a hotel to stay in for the dog show at Cowlitz Fairgrounds. The staff are so wonderfully warm, and eager to help! Rooms are super clean, and even had wood floors for the room I stayed in! They have a little dog yard set up behind the hotel, which was a delightful surprise. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had! (which is hard to say, since Best Western has yet to disappoint except for the Aladdin, which isn't even really their fault)"
"Good experience. We ended up here because of inclement weather. Staff went out of there way to accommodate. Very friendly and helpful. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Highly recommended. Hot tub and heated pool during a severe snow and wind storm epic!"
"I'd like to preface this that I checked in around 12:10 am. That being said, the night desk person never formally greeted me, legitimately whispered their entire way through our encounter, and then gave me a little attitude when I asked them to repeat the information they clearly didn't communicate at a reasonable volume. I've got a bit of experience staying in hotels, and that was legit the most bizarre checkin I have ever encountered.. Room is pretty nice though. Definitely a pretty decent deal for the money."
"Excellent customer service at check in. Other customer service was average. Breakfast was free and great! Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, scrambled eggs, sausage and rosemary potatoes. Hot tub is currently down and pool didn’t look very inviting. Overall, nice motel, clean and had a positive stay. Getting to I5 N was easy."
