"My first time here. I got my eye exam and ordered some glasses. The glasses are amazing but they were falling off of my face when I looked down. I brought the glasses back and they worked with me as the pro adjusted my glasses a few times. Now Perfect!"

"My son got new glasses in June. Took over a month to get. Lady that had written information regarding frame we chose wrote it down wrong. This business never thought of calling to just have me re point out the frame. So after I called to figure out why I hadn't received call yet we found out about that mistake. 3wks later my son stepped on his glasses by accident. Took them in and again frame was loose and the lady just adjusted the frame a bit so they looked to be fixed. Now my son's frames are broken again and God only knows when I'll be able to get a replacement. If your ever recommended to this office I suggest you look for other business."

"We were treated rudely from the moment we walked through the door by everyone we interacted with. Technician was short tempered, my kid was misdiagnosed and told they didn't need glasses even though they've been wearing glasses for 2yrs already. It takes a lot of effort to have service this bad. We were blown away how atrocious this experience was."

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with an odd eye issue, and at this visit I got more information and suggestions for what I could do for it than at the initial diagnosis with a different eye center. The doctor I saw was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Cascade Eye Center treated me with remarkable kindness."
