"I'm visiting from out of town, and have had a red, swollen eye for three days. After being un-able to find any urgent care clinics in town, I figured I'd take a shot at calling an optometrist in my health insurance network. Not expecting anything, I told them my story and they said that although it sounded like irritation that would go away, to swing by for a sample of eyedrops. Already impressed, I swung by and the nurse noted that it was worse than she had pictured over the phone.
